How to Connect Your Google Business Profile to Google Ads

If you'd like to show your business location in your ads, you can connect your Google Business Profile to your Google Ads account in just a few steps. Here’s how:

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to your Google Ads account

  • Make sure you're signed into the account where you want to add your location.

2. Click the Campaigns icon

  • Look for the Campaigns icon on the left-side menu.

3. Go to Assets

  • Click the Assets drop-down in the section menu.

  • Then click Assets again.



4. Add a new location asset

  • Click the plus (+) button.

  • Select Location.

5. Choose your location type

  • Select “Our locations” as the location type.

  • Click Continue.

6. Connect to Google Business Profile

  • In the “Choose locations for your account” window, select Google Business Profile.

7. Select a Business Profile Manager account

  • Choose Select a Business Profile Manager account.

  • Pick your account from the drop-down menu.

  • Click Continue.
